About Jamison
The story behind the systems, the leadership, and the mission.
Professional Background
Jamison Carrier has spent his career building teams that perform.
Like most leaders who learn the hard way, that journey included a few painful lessons like bad hires that didn't work out, waiting too long to make a leadership change, and discovering that good intentions don't always build great teams. Those experiences shaped the systems and standards he now teaches leaders around the country.
He helped grow a national dealer group from 50 to 150 locations, then founded Relentless Dealer Services which he sold at a private equity multiple.
Today he leads TeamNavX, teaching leaders how to recruit, develop, and retain the people who drive results.
